Words from Alumni
UNSW & USyd WIL Program

“ReCo is doing genuinely interesting work at the intersection of AI and marketing. What stood out to me was how much trust Danling puts in us, giving us real projects that shape a business. It’s exciting to learn how AI is being woven into everything from content creation to client outreach.”
Nia Jikia
Cornell University (USA)
Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Information Science

"ReCo is an amazing place to learn and grow because of the range of projects you work on in such a small amount of time. Learning strategy, marketing and client communication all in one was an amazing experience. I would consider Danling a mentor to me who has been critical in guiding my later career too. I am immensely grateful for the opportunities I had at ReCo and look back on my time so fondly."
Noah Kirby
University of York (UK)
BSc Economics with year abroad (Hons)

"Being part of ReCo LIVE 2025 was a real highlight. It was fast-paced, creative and exciting, bringing together emerging technology and AI with thoughtful conversations about the future of the industry. I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to work alongside Danling Xiao. I came away from ReCo with new skills and perspectives, but most of all with a renewed sense of what’s possible when technology, creativity and human thinking come together."
Mary Walker
DH Heidenheim (Germany)
Bachelor of Business Administration

"ReCo gave me the opportunity to work on real-world projects and see how AI can be used across technology, business, design, and marketing. It also helped me understand how businesses can adapt as AI changes the way people search and work."
Eishi Sano
Monash University
Master of Information Technology

“ReCo to me isn't just a small creative design studio, it's an open space for marketing, design, and IT engineers to work together, share ideas, and mix different strategies to make things work and grow the business. I've picked up so many new AI tools. AI is only going to keep growing, so learning how to actually use it well in real work projects has been such a valuable experience for me.”
Blair Chheang
La Trobe University
Bachelor of Business

"My internship at ReCo was a valuable opportunity to apply my design skills in a real professional environment while exploring the possibilities of AI-assisted workflows, digital content and social media strategy. The team gave me the trust and flexibility to experiment with new ideas, and their guidance helped me become more confident, adaptable and thoughtful in the way I approach design and technology."
Holiday Wang
UNSW
Master of Design

"If you're considering an internship in design, ReCo is genuinely one of the most supportive places to grow. The team culture is warm and collaborative, mentorship is hands-on and generous with time, and you'll come away with real skills and a lot of confidence in your own design thinking. I couldn't have asked for a better place to start."
Tsai-Hsuan Wu (Ashley)
UNSW
Bachelor in Industrial Design

"Danling has been an incredibly supportive mentor from the very beginning, always encouraging everyone to get involved in new initiatives and bring their ideas to the table. ReCo’s interactive and well-organised work culture made it easy to collaborate, experiment, and think creatively. I truly enjoyed being part of such an inspiring team."
